Real estate videography
people finish watching.

Viterno Group films real estate video across Toronto and the GTA for agents, teams, brokerages and developers: listing tours, agent-led videos and neighbourhood content, shot vertically for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. A listing Reel we made for RE/MAX agent Kash Alavi reached 3.33 million views.

We are not a book-by-the-hour videographer. Listings are filmed as part of a monthly programme, so the tour shares a shoot day with the videos that make people know the agent before they ever need one.

What a per-listing video does

A smooth walkthrough of one property, delivered as a file. It is useful for the listing page and for the seller, and it reaches mostly the people already shopping in that price range.

When the listing sells, the video is finished too. Nothing about it made a stranger remember your name.

What a programme does

The listing still gets its tour. It is filmed on the same day as videos built around you: opinions, neighbourhood pieces and formats that people outside the market will finish.

Those are the videos that travel. In our September 2026 data the biggest real estate outlier came from an agent with 906 followers, at 1,435 times that account's median. The hooks that worked are public.

How a shoot works

One day on location.
A month of video.

  1. Formats before filming

We choose formats from real estate outlier data and plan the day around your listings, your neighbourhoods and you.

  2. A full crew, not a gimbal

Director, camera and sound on site. You get direction on camera, so you are not left guessing what to say.

  3. Listing and agent in one day

Tours share the day with personality and neighbourhood videos: 12 to 16 finished verticals in total.

  4. Drafts inside 48 hours

Edited for the first two seconds, captioned, and cut for each platform.

  5. RECO-compliant

Every promotional post follows RECO's advertising rules.

  6. English and Farsi

The same shoot can be cut in both languages for agents who serve both audiences.

Questions we get

Straight answers.

How much does a real estate videographer cost in Toronto?

Per-listing videographers usually quote by the shoot, and the price moves with property size, turnaround and extras. We work differently, as a monthly programme, and our retainers are scoped per client on a discovery call rather than published as a rate card. Our Toronto cost guide covers what the wider market charges for short-form video.

Can you film just one listing?

We do not take one-off listing shoots. Listing tours are filmed as part of a monthly programme, alongside the agent-led videos that reach people who are not shopping yet. If you only need a single property filmed this week, a per-listing videographer is the right hire.

What is the best real estate videographer in Toronto?

The best one for you has real estate results you can check on real accounts. Viterno Group's listing Reel for RE/MAX agent Kash Alavi reached 3.33 million views and a Farsi video for realtor Armin Partash reached 1.4 million, both organic. Our comparison of Toronto agencies sets out who each one is built for.

Do listing videos actually help sell a home?

A listing video helps the listing page and gives the seller something to share. On a social feed, a straight walkthrough reaches mostly active shoppers. The larger effect of video is on the agent: people who have watched you for months call you when they are ready to list.

Do you follow RECO advertising rules?

Yes. Every promotional post follows RECO's advertising rules. The Ontario rules for realtors section of our hiring guide explains what each post needs.

Do you film in Farsi?

Yes. We film and edit in English and Farsi. A condo tour of Aqualuna on the Toronto waterfront was cut in both languages, and a Farsi video for Armin Partash reached 1.4 million views.

Where in the GTA do you film?

Across the Greater Toronto Area, including downtown, the waterfront, the Beaches, North York and Vaughan. See where we have filmed.

How fast do we get the videos?

First drafts arrive within 48 hours of the shoot day. Finished videos are then posted on a schedule across the month.
