Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 2026

Viterno Group Inc. (“Viterno,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use it

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with vendors who help us run the business — hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics — each bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms. We will disclose information when required by law.

4. Data retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure for tax, audit, and legal purposes. Encrypted platform tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect a platform.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@viternogroup.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA respectively.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Platform tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and never exposed to the client browser. Access is limited to authorized personnel under role-based controls.

7. Children

The service is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

8. Changes

We will post material changes here and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
